Yummm. Cappy, you got it right about that "taste good" thing. Chuck, the pictures remind me of all the times Griff's wife Dian has cooked over a campfire in fish camp for the benefit of the Full Boar Barbecue Team. We take turns portaging the castiron skillet, a chore that's more than worth the effort.

Nice setup. I like the biscuits in the dutch oven. So you are basically making coals and then transfering them under the grate.
