Ain't it cool. Cajun cooking is not only about what you cook, but the love you put into it and the closeness of the people fixing to eat. If they ain't chipping in they are nearby making sure everything is going well so when it's eatin time, it's a good time had by all!

Is there some crappy cajun cooks? Does everyone cook as good as Jb up there in South La?

LOL hell no SS . they are crappy cooks in every part of the world you should no that you are a world tourist. i know some of the food you ate was not all that good .
