Who plays that version of Jambalaya? Very informative video. I realized since I met you I have cooked all the food metioned in the song "Jambalaya". I still haven't ridden in one of them lil cajun boats yet.( A small canoe-like boat, usually for only one person. It's powered with a paddle held by the person. Cajun word, mostly used in southern Louisiana.). I love black eyed peas. I always clean them too.. Eatiing rocks and dirt clods sux. Please post the name of the "Jambalaya" kit. Does your wife ever cook? Mine doesn't. Great food and Video JB!!

The wife cooks some stuff better than Me
I tend to experiment with recipes, sometimes messing em up.

She will make Gumbo for yall soon as it cools off a bit. (her mama's recipe is the very best I have ever had) She get mad if I make a gumbo cause its different from me adding other stuff.
