Felt like doing some cooking today.

Very, Very nice Diva. What kind of pellets are you using? I use BBQ's Delight's pellets blended with Oak instead of Alder.
 
I used Traegers Hickory and Apple for the butt. THat is all I had in the garage

I wrapped it up last night and put it in the fridge I will be pulling later today. Bone came out clean as a whistle.
