Mix up some Choice Ground Chuck, chopped onions, your favorite BBQ sauce, and some S&P. Form a couple of burgers.

Melt a little bacon grease in a skillet and add the burgers.

I whipped up a cucumber, tomato, red onion, and olive salad. Dressing is Mayonnaise and white vinegar blended together.

Getting there, pull these out and add a little water to the drippings.

Smother that burger and dig in.

Good looking chow. I love a good burger but prefur them grilled. People look at me like I'm nuts in the winter grilling some dogs or burgers. They don't know what there missing!

Chris, I do the same as you! My kids get pissed at me because after the driveway is shoveled clear of snow, they have to shovel a path to the grill!
