BubbaQ/Big Easy/ Pit Pirate Pulled Chicken 1 Leg'd Kicked Up

Ok I saw that boy post about taking the skin from a chicken yer gonna pull and fry it up to add back in. The boy that boy learned that from was smart as a whip folks as that's some advice

So I cooked up a quick Big Easy Chicken in about 35-45 minutes and when it cooled I pulled off all the skin and pulled all the meat from the bone.

I took all what I thought was crispy skin in a bowl and then sliced into thin strips and pieces. I then took that and tossed into a small pan.

Take yer time and brown without burning.

Yummys is what I think they call this.

Mix that in with Pulled Chicken and add a dash of Salt and Pepper and thats it.

I like the idea of the skin crisp. Heck I could eat a bag of Chicken Skin Crisps.

Hey Mike, when you going to come back to BBQ?

I do enjoy a good baked chicken every once in a while.

I hear ya Mike. Just messing with you. I have to take a break away from Q every once in a while. Especially after a comp.

I can see me getting one of them Big Easy's one day. How much fuel does it use?

So Mike, you actually get sick of BBQ? Grill some fish or cook a rabbit. Try something different. I think you are going to have fun this Thanksgiving cooking turkeys for all the neighbors!!!
