Breakfast and some other very recent cooks

I made this, this morning cause I knew I was going to need some energy workin' at my neighbors house. Started off with some scrambled eggs and ez melt white american spiked with a little green onion from the garden S&P and topped with green onion and sprouts. They give a great earthy taste to omlettes and scrambled eggs. Then I winged a mango cilantro salsa and squeezed some lime over it. (that might be my pot luck entry) Oh my god, that will be around here again soon! It was damn good! Try it! Mangos are cheap at RD. The other pics are recent cooks.

Scrambled eggs loaded with white cheese n green onion

Plated the eggs with the mango/ cilantro salsa, limes and bacon of course!

You guessed it! Thats a 1/2 pound smoked hot dawg on a big fat roll!

hahahaaa! Add the chili and more white american top with green onions. (Green onions are in abundance round here. That cheese cubes on top and more underneath!

Thats a 12" inch plate.

One of the opening cerimonies for the new grill.
not sure how many but I did that at least 2 times for a total of 40#lbs.

Here they are comin' along wih an orange glaze

and the close up of "almost done"

Re: Breakfast and some other very recent cooks

I will make vegetable grilled sandwich on tomorrow morning for breakfast.
* Take bread and butter as per required, tomato, cucumber and carrot. Make small size of pieces of all the vegetables. Then put it on bread slice. After all grilled it 5 to 10 minutes in a toaster. Your sandwich is ready for eat.
