I made this, this morning cause I knew I was going to need some energy workin' at my neighbors house. Started off with some scrambled eggs and ez melt white american spiked with a little green onion from the garden S&P and topped with green onion and sprouts. They give a great earthy taste to omlettes and scrambled eggs. Then I winged a mango cilantro salsa and squeezed some lime over it. (that might be my pot luck entry) Oh my god, that will be around here again soon! It was damn good! Try it! Mangos are cheap at RD. The other pics are recent cooks.

I will make vegetable grilled sandwich on tomorrow morning for breakfast.
* Take bread and butter as per required, tomato, cucumber and carrot. Make small size of pieces of all the vegetables. Then put it on bread slice. After all grilled it 5 to 10 minutes in a toaster. Your sandwich is ready for eat.
