Blacked Catfish BOY

Are you listening to me? Got my skillet hot..not as hot as JB..

Rubbed em up good....was out of my favorite rub...the one on the right
from Red Bone out of Florence SC....good hot stuff...so I tried Old Bay
and didn't like it.

don't forget the slaw BOY

Came out great despite the less preferred rub.

Looks great, Jim. Red Bone makes some really good rubs. My family ate lunch at their restaurant (Red Bone Alley) today. As usual, it was great. If anybody ever finds themselves in Florence, SC, I'll take you there to eat. Jim said he would pick up the tab.
