Black Bean burgers

A few years ago my Stepson didn't eat meat so I came up with these. I liked them so much I make them from time to time. Real easy. Smash some beans, wild rice and taco seasoning. Form a patty, fry and add some cheese. Hope I don't get flamed since there is no meat in the pics.

Plated. I add salsa too but didn't have any today.

John, those look fabulous! I made black bean burgers once and they didn't look nearly that good!!! I'm gonna try your version!
