Bill the Grill Guy is killing me!

Can't believe I have to make ribs in this heat...heat index
of 117 yesterday, today will be just as bad.

I don't even need charcoal to cook these things!

Taking them later to Ocean Isle NC for our annual
get-together. Hope he has some of that pasta salad
and beans again.

Last years was a feast..I hope I'm not to hot to eat this
time.

Yeah, the first time I ever met Jim was at SOTB and it was brutally hot! I brought a tent that took us about 2 hours to assemble, after that I thought Jim was honestly going to die. He overheats easily!

That would be Eddie Murphy doing Richard Pryor regarding a
conversation with Bill Cosby.

I saw "Raw" in the theater...I was rolling on the sticky floor
I was laughing so hard.

Well, he isnt the only one in the heat today. I made shrimp ABT's over the weber kettle. Needed a little more horseradish sauce but they were goooooood.

The ribs were great as usual. I am NOT the one who requests the ribs every year. The wife is. She says that Cappy has the best ribs she has ever had and he is stuck with that task by her.

It was great seeing Cappy again and I made the delivery on the WSM table.

Just a quick note to keep you guys on your toes.

wow, thought I'd taken more pics than these, but this is all..

The fresh salsa was fabulous.
It was great to see the gang,...I just walked in and it was like I was
with family. Abt's were great, as was the pasta salad. Wish I could have stayed longer.
