Beef and Broccoli

Start with some Choice, thin sliced rib eyes



Brown in Olive Oil



Add chunked onion, water chestnuts, a can of beef broth, add
some Gravy Master. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.






Add broccoli flowerets, cover and simmer until tender

That looks fine John, Try that with chuck eyes or chuck steaks They are better tasting braised
