BBQ'd Spanish Mackerel - cherry wood flavor

This is that fish I caught. I made a foil plate and melted butter on the botton. lemon peppered the fillets and covered with more butter. BBQ's them for about 10 minutes at 300 degrees and used cherry wood for flavor.. Killer tasting fish.. time to get more now!!!! :D

Cliff, that's my wifes plate I took a picture of. Mine had fish , sausage and chicken enchiladas on it.... :shock:
 
Not a big fish eater but I would MUNCH that for sure.
