I was looking through the BBQ stuff on Ebay and I noticed that there are a lot of people selling BBQ wood. The thing that concerned me is that in the descriptions they said things like I just cut these trees down this week and things like that. My question is doesn’t the wood need to season for a while before you throw it in your smoker? Also would you buy your wood from Ebay?
