My new boss is a big fan of my Q…and he worked in a Cutlery Factory for years….so for the price of a rack of ribs and a few lbs of Pulled Pork…..


The pictures don’t do these knives justice….The handles alone are a work of art…the Chefs Knife has some nice wt to it..and the boning knife has nice flexibility…Originally they were the Pro Chefs by Echo..now they are made by American Harvest…I think he said…next week he’s brining me a matching set of steaks knives….
