My daughter bought this for me last night...Sorry for the crappy pic. Under the name it says "Because everything should taste like bacon"

I love my kids...

Because I know SOMEONE is going to ask:

Bacon Mayonnnaise

1 egg yolk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup liquid bacon fat
3/4 tsp mustard
salt and pepper

Combine the egg yolk, mustard and lemon juice in the small bowl of a
food processor or in a blender and process to mix. Season with salt and
pepper.
Have the bacon fat liquid, but not hot. With the machine running,
gradually the bacon fat until the mixture starts to stiffen and emulsify,
about 2 minutes. Once it starts to emulsify, you can add the fat more
quickly. If the mayonnaise is too thick, just blend in 1 teaspoon of boiling
water to thin it. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

John, I did an interview with those guys a little while back...they also make the world famous "BACON SALT" products too...They sent me a jar of the Baconnaise...while I was skeptical at first, it was actually pretty good!!
