Had a great time. Never been there before, just took the family there for vacation and checking out some land. Tried a couple local joints in Gadsden, I could not find any of the white sauce though. Went to a place called "Uncle Sam's" for a lunch. Busy spot some of the locals said was good. Had the pulled pork sammich. They only had one sauce, kinda sweet. The pork was a bit dry. :badgrin:
The other spot in town was "Top o the River Catfish House". That was fun for dinner. Good catfish and greens :razz:
Big surprise when we were leaving to come home. My wife decided we should eat at "Jim n Nick's BBQ" in Trussville. Everthing was delicious. Highly recommended. =D>
No corn on the cob for the youngest one! :eek:
