Actually, we are working on a FAQ section. Greg's been busy, and then there are the horrible fights about the content of a FAQ subject, like lump or charocal, CokeZero or Diet Pepsi, Jim Beam or Jack Daniels, Ludichris or Finney....as you can see, we've got a lot of work to do. It's coming.

Till then, I'd like to invite everyone to notice the search function at the top of the page. It searches this site only, and a keyword like "Brisket"
or help with "brisket" should lead you to the thread quickly.
