As Easy As Falling Off A Log

Some boneless country style pork ribs

Pile on sauerkraut with caraway seeds

A few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. Not even spell checker could do that one, had to get the bottle.

About six hours later

Itís not the most colorful or prettiest Iíve ever done. But itís definitely the most tender and tastiest. The pork came apart
with a fork.

WOW, my kind of chow. Reminds me of my grandma on the farm. I think she cooked every thing in Kraut. The caraway seeds take it over the top. Looks tasty indeed.

Looks real good, John. I'll keep that in mind for the next time I see a good price on country style ribs.
