Not hab hot but it has a kick, You aint gonna sweat or nothin but you can feel a a tingle from the cayenne. Oh yea it would be a good idea to drink milk before bed too. I would buy some Andouille too this is the best stuff for a gumbo you buy, get at least 3 lbs
