I decided I’d like some American goulash tonight for dinner, so began rummaging thru the freezer and found a package of ground beef, 4 venison patties and two patties labeled boar-hot. Not sure where I got the boar but decided it belonged in this dish. Browned and broke up all of the meat with some diced onion and green pepper. Added pasta sauce and partially cooked macaroni, topped with cheese and baked in the oven. Turned out great. My sis-in-law and mom-in-law loved it so I decided not to tell them what was in it. Pic 1 shows the difference in the meats and pic 2 the casserole before the cheese was added.
