It's an advent calendar. If you are Catholic it's a calendar that kids usually use to count down the approximate 4 weeks before christmas.
Some kids will make paper chain links and tear off a link each day before christmas.
They would open a door each day and there usually is chocolate in it, but this one is obviously for adults......that's funny!
