I had to inclose my lean too smoke shack due to the weather killing my tent sides so I made this with removable panels.

 
Great job, Bill...love that new smoker you got too...can't believe you wanted to haggle over price for those! :LOL:

Don't know about Virginia......

but here in Massachusetts, if you build a structure that isn't permanant

IE: removable panels

It is not taxable!

Nea, her exhaust is just outside the opening on the back. I have one side thats not inclosed. When all i had up was the tent sides it stayed plenty warm in there. This should be a lot better.
