A Gift Horse

One of my regular BBQ customers called me the other day and asked if I would be interested in some Apple Wood . I said sure and where can I pick it up? He delivered it to me at the Fire House this morning . Gotta love that kind of customer. Think I owe him some ribs.

That should keep you for awhile. Apple wood and pork were made for each other.
