A.B.'s Turkey Fryer show

Anyone see A.B.'s Good eats tonight? Turkey Fire with Firemen (staged to show the dangers). Anyway, it was good humor.

Was the turkey frozen when plunged into 500 deg oil?

That is the sure fire way to show the danger of deep frying a turkey.

He got my attention.. we're actually frying one this year for our meal.. One of the kids bought a "kit".. will have to check it after after seeing the pitfalls off some of those units

I didn't watch that particular show, but to the best of my knowledge I do remember on previous shows him saying that.
