This is very reminiscent of Heston Blumenthals Perfect burger. I tried to get as close to his ration of meats before and the burger was incredible.

you can get the same meat blend ,at a few places in town, for about half that $26 price... might be that they are 5oz burgers, instead of 8oz. they, the black label, La Frieda burgers, are absolutely awesome
