I am supposed to cook some kind of odd flat looking ribs which is packed about 3 bones to the cryo. I think they are spares but wouldnt want to bet my life on it. It come from one of them po folks deals a person can order through the non denominational church. Only thang I'm sure about is they is going on the gasser. Supposed to have pintos..cornbread..fried tates and E. Texas tomaters for dessert. If I had any good neighbors they would bring over some home growed varieties form the garden..but guess they too busy to be neighborly and follow the Golden Rule etc.
