I know this is a little late but I just now found time to get the pics out of the camera and onto the web. We had baby backs.



And deep fried halibut. I caught the halibut on the 3d. It doesn't get much fresher than that.



And my Mom's apple pie. I forgot to take a picture of the homemade ice cream.



Here's a pic of some deserts and boiled fresh Alaskan spot shrimp. I'm not sure how the appetizer ended up on the tabnle with the desert, but I took a pic.



Finally, here's a pic of the table. The weather was nice so we filled our plates inside and ate on the deck.

Bryan the batter is easy.
1 cup of flour
2 T Veg. oil
1.5 t. salt
1 cup beer
2 egg whites
Mix the first four ingredients. Beat the egg whites and fold in. Of course, the secret with fried fish is the oil temp.
