That Sauce Piquant was so good I decided too make the rest tonight. It was twice as spicy with the andouille Sausage
1.1.2 link smoked beef & pork sausage
2. 2 lbs of crawfish tails
3. 2 links of andouille sausage
4. little pack of dried shrimp powder.
5. 1/2 jar of "Cajun Power Sauce Piquant"
6. Campbellfarms Gourmet popcorn rice.
