1st Real Chili Cook

I had to get tires today and Sams club is across the parking lot so I went over there to check out the meat. I just so happened to find 2 chucks 4.35lbs for $10 and change. I just ordered a bunch of spices last week or so and that was all I needed to make a new recipe I found online. Here are the pics. ( They dont really do justice here. )

searin' beef

This is the finished product. Looks like speghetti sauce or somthin.

Overall I'd give mine a 6 maybe 7. If everything would have went smoother it could have been alot better. It was a hot sweet chili and that is something that i really didnt expect....overall no complaints..... Next time it will be better with better pics...

you need to get that girl to take about 20 or 30 steps instead of just one.

Looks good. Now the fella who normally hammers our booty at the contests has a sweet hot version. Take a bite and first impression is sweet..then wait a few seconds and it grabs you down low in the throat with the heat. Does not burn the lips no. He also don't use any cinnamon. That might be a good ingredient if you cooking in Noo Yawk.

The Pyrex bowl looks like a bowl of smooth chili.... It was actually chunky like the pot picture.
