I'm watching my weight. (yeah right) So tonight I fired up the LITTLE ONE to cook a ribeye. Tro in some vegies-- You all here Dr. Phil cured some guy today that wouldn't eat veggies?? The basstard! Leave the poor meat eatin guy alone!

Oh yeah, and some who knows how many times baked tators from a box.

I don't even bother putting a temp guage in baby. Trust me, it's hot.





 
Good to see someone besides me practicing my long preached
"Reduced Amount" dieting....
Baffles me why when most people think "DIET" ... they instantly
think salad, veggies and missing all thier favorite foods....
No wonder why people can't stick to thier diets!!!!

Just reduced what you eat people!!!!!!
By 1/2 or a even a 1/3. Stick with what you like within reason,
and just eat less......your body won't fight you as bad :D

BTW.... GREAT lookin' Ribeye!
