Wanted a way to move the WSM's around, so I found a 48"x24" garden cart at Tractor Supply. Made of a lightweight expanded metal with 13" tires. Cut a piece of plywood for the floor then painted the oil drip pan and placed it on top of the plywood. Had to cut 1 1/2" from the pan for it to fit inside the cart.

I added a set of handles to the one WSM while I was at it.

Will you cook on them while they're in the cart? It looks like a more convenient working height, if so.

Absolutely, it raises them about 15" off the ground, top grate is about chest high now, very comfortable height.

Put a coupler on the handle and you've got a mobile. Nice job Bruce.

There already is one, you take that little box off that's on the handle and you can tow it.

I have one of those carts that I bought at Sam's several years ago. I use it the haul cooking wood around the house.

Did you secure the WSMs to the cart?

James.

No, not at this time. I'm using it just to wheel them around the patio and around the house.
