Smoker Project

I have begun the planning phase of a newly aquired smoker in the rough.

As of now I plan to copy the wsm concept. Only bigger........much bigger.

Updates will be forthcoming as the build takes place.

After you turn it into a smoker.

Sure you noticed since it got feet on it..the Good Lord most likely intended it to be made into an upright type cooker with the optional water pan. Now some of the folks on here would prob cut off the feet and lay it over and make it into an offset creosote factory. That would be from the Debil I think.

Before you go cutting on the tank, be aware that bad rings in compressors can let oil blow-by and get into the tank. So take the same precautions you would take for cutting a tank that had held oil.
