I never thought that I'd become a Pellethead, but this is changing my attitude!

The Pellet Pro 22" WSM Stacker turns the big bullet into a pellet smoker/grill and goes from charcoal to pellets in seconds. The only modification is adding a probe grommet (provided) in a lower grate bracket bolt.

The Stacker ring is manufactured by Cajun Bandit and the Pellet Pro assembly is from Smoke Daddy. Very easy to assemble-2 brackets are attached to the ring then the hopper is bolted on. The ring and controller set into th base of the WSM and a single leg stabilizes the unit. Very sturdy.

Aluminum duct tape seals the feed tube.

The thing I like about this is that I didn't need to buy another grill. I'm a big fan of Cajun Bandit products for the WSM's and Kettles, so it was a no brainer that it is solid. Pellet Pro has its own line of grills and sells the controller/hopper assemblies to DIY'ers- and there a ton of cool setups on their site. I just saw one on an R&O upright!

Whaddya think? I'll post some cook pics later.
