Well up here it can get -20* with a 20 ta 30 MPH wind, the smoker struggles ta keep up temps, so I inuslated it! Used a high temp aluminized insulation board we special order at work. Ifin ya knows where ta look scraps can be had, this stuff is crazy expensive.

Got a couple runs on it, sure do make a difference! Got ta temp quick an was lots easier ta maintain! Ok, it's gas! It's easy ta use an I don't have time ta babysit wood er coals! With this I can smoke an get my chores done!

That's good thinkin usin the insulation board HB and who cares if it's gas, wood, charcoal, as long as yer a cookin and enjoyin yer viddles.
 
Smart thinning there Senor Hillybilly. If it makes it cook mo betta who could speak against it? Specially since it was free :LOL:
