The last I heard there were 28 Geer pits in existence but one recently got taken out by a tree and Jamie is building him a replacement. Jamie has ordered the steel to make the first five pits, all of them are the large ones with the chicken cooker next to the firebox.

Geer 2008 Pits

Just got a glimpse of the first 2008 Geer pit. It's a beauty!






Jamie told me today that mine would be ready in about three weeks so it looks like the Smoke On The Water competition in Hot Springs is on! I just signed up for it today!
