I hear on the show everyone cooking on all of the big expensive cookers. I was excited to compete on a American Gourmet Deluxe, this weekend. Cooked some of the best meat I have ever cooked. Got a 10th place in Pork. The question is, do good quality smokers make the turn-in better, or just easier to achieve?
